    Not as good as original cord

    Customer service was great and quick delivery. I bought my Pounamu from you abot 10 years ago in Rotarura.and the original cord lasted all that time. So far 2 of the new ones have broken and they will not stay

    tight.

    Do you have any better quality ones available?
