    Ordering this ring was online was easy. However, I picked the wrong size, I advised Mountain Jade (Jessie) whom advised that because I was within the 5 day range for refunds / returns I was able to receive a credit, refund or replacement.

    I opted for a replacement, a larger size, and received it within 2 days of returning the first ring recieved.

    I love this ring!! And, it was on and Easter discounted price....bonus!
