Join us daily for a free educational tour. Your guide will introduce you to the history of New Zealand jade carving and show you the highlights of our jade gallery. You'll also briefly visit the studio to see our artists carving jade.

Admission is free.
You will receive an e-ticket via email, physical tickets will not be posted. *Please note our booking system requires you to enter your contact information and billing address, but no payment will be required at the checkout.
Departure times
Monday to Sunday, 2.00 pm only. *Tours on Saturday and Sunday include a visit to the studio, but our artists will not be working.
What you need to know
Please arrive at our carving studio 5 minutes prior to your tour departure time. Allow 15 minutes for the whole experience. We are located at 1288 Fenton Street, Rotorua.
Children and infants are welcome.
